Model 3 Razzo Aero Front Lip (3 Pieces with 2 Flanges).- Real Molded Carbon Fiber

Our aggressive dry Molded Carbon Fiber AERO kit improves the curb appeal of your Model 3 while increasing downforce and handling.

The Razzo Lip is made from Real Carbon Fiber and it wraps all the way around the front end and ends at the wheel well opening.  This is a 3 piece front lip and we include the side flange pieces for optional installation.  Many customer want the vertical flange near the wheel edge and some prefer to leave them off for a cleaner look.

This combined with our rear diffuser creates more down force on your Model 3 making it more stable at higher speeds.

Once installed the front end ground clearance will be 1.2" lower than your stock bumper.  Caution will be needed when parking close to taller parking blocks, but the 1.2" will not affect your normal parking.  If your Model 3 is lowered caution will be needed over driveways and while traveling down steep driveways.

FINISH CHOICES:

The glossy version is rich and very striking, it has a wet look that features a deep 3D lustrous appearance.  Matte is flat, is dry-looking, and does not have the same deep 3D look.

INSTALLATION:

This front lip installs directly on the lower end front bumper with double sided tape and self tapping screws.  The painted areas of your bumper are not damaged in anyway as the screws hold on to the unpainted black plastic under the bumper.

Once installed the front lip has to be taped on in position with strong tape while it bonds to your paint. Be sure to strap the front lip onto the bumper and leave it taped on for 72 hours. This is what 3M recommends for full curing. Screws and rivets will help to ensure this will never come loose. If you ever touch a curb or bump something you will have to make sure the lip is secure and safe to drive. If it ever comes loose or if it is not secured, you can self-tapping screws to lock it to the underside of your bumper.

Professional installation may be required as this is held on with 3M VHB double-sided tape and also with a liquid adhesive. We ship these with 2 strands of tape, but a bead of silicone rubber RTV is highly recommended to be applied between the 2 tape strands to increase the bond. This lip installs under the painted surface of your bumper.  

If you have clear bra, PPF installed, it will install right over it. If you have any ceramic coatings on your front end, you will need to use a magic eraser sponge to remove the coating in order to insure a strong bond of the 3M double-sided tape. The spoiler will most likely crack if you want to remove it one day, but your paint will not be damaged if removed properly.

All of our Carbon Fiber Spoilers are made from Genuine Molded Carbon Fiber which is woven carbon fiber without fillers.
