This item is custom-built using original OEM plastic spoke inserts. Customers may choose one of two options:

Option 1: Send in your 28 OEM inner spoke inserts (7 per wheel) using the prepaid shipping label provided after purchase.

Option 2: Select the $500 core charge to have a pre-laminated set shipped immediately from our in-stock cores—no need to send yours in.
These are the larger insert pieces that clip into the Velarium wheels—not the smaller accent pieces.
Once we receive your OEM inserts (if applicable), we begin our proprietary carbon fiber lamination process—hand-laying real dry-molded carbon fiber over OEM plastic to maintain perfect fitment and wheel balance. Production time is typically 3–4 weeks once we receive your inserts.
